Well, today started up up ok but...whew! The afternoon went haywire! lol
I made some orange roughy, spinach, wild & brown rice for dinner.
Course the boys had to get their free tacos from Taco Bell.
Seem’s that if the Diamond Backs get 6 runs then you can get 3 free tacos each from Taco Bell the next day.
They never seem to miss a beat! Errrr....Taco that is! LOL

Golly...they had all that yummy food at home AND the free

Or...they went to the game and you fixed all that food just
for yourself?
You work harder at food than I do! LOL! I had cheese and
crackers. :D

Yep, baked spaghetti and a cheese omlet is my Dad’s favorite espcially if it’s left-over baked spaghetti.

Yeah, old Sicilian dish...
You boil the spaghetti, drain it partially, drop in a quarter cup of butter and 2 or 3 whipped eggs, and continue to cook until the eggs are, basically, scrambled. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve hot. Simple, filling, and yummy.
