Irritated. Pissed off to be exact.
My sister-in-law is pissed off all the time, but never enough to do anything about it.
The question is: Is Tokyo's MOS pissed enough to do anything? about it?
An old source (in a position to know) once said that either Japan is in secret an undeclared nuclear power, of if they are not one now, could be one in 180 days if everything went wrong or 90 days if things went “right.”
