She really is extremely short waisted and the wide belts make it worse. I'd say no belt at all would be better, even something on the hip line would make her more in proportion. I am short wasted, and I even know not to wear high-waisted pants or wide belts. If I wear a wider belt, I wear it right across the old hip bone, where is looks proportioned for me.
