You’re probably right that if #1 and #2 where law, then you wouldn’t have to worry about #3 and #4. However, that completely misses the point.
If abortion is illegal, regardless of the penalty, then the doctor, the staff and everyone involved will know in advance that it’s illegal and what possible penalties they face. If caught, they’ll have the benefit of a trial to establish guilt before any punishment is meted out.
That is a far cry from a lone gunman in a church, a parking lot, or shooting through a kitchen window. Guys like Roeder and Hill aren’t even taking the law into their own hands. They’re making up the law as they go along. That is just intrinsically evil.
As for Drake, the nutbar this thread is about. He obviously smoked a little too much tinfoil. He actually believes that Roeder loves Obama so much that he’s willing to throw his life away to give pro-lifers a black eye. That’s nonsense and anyone who even gives it a second thought is a blooming idiot, yet here we are.
It doesn’t really miss the point, because the point is that abortion is the fault of the parents, and they have to be responsible *first* before anyone else is responsible.
And in regards to Drake, he’s perfectly right in asking God to remove Obama from this earth (and note that he also prays for his salvation, too, first..., just like I was saying). If Obama doesn’t repent, God should remove Obama from this earth...
And like I said, who is going to bring a “charge against God” for doing so... LOL...
