The article is only partly right. Gravity cannot agglomerate material past minute sizes. Birkeland currents and the Z-pinch effect they produce can. Those kinds of plasma physics phenomena are responsible not only for planets but for galaxies and the strings of galaxies we observe as well. God does not work outside of the laws of physics.

“God does not work outside of the laws of physics.” [excerpt]
Lets see, Christ walked on water, walked through solid walls, rose from the dead, and ascended vertically into the clouds.

On the scientific side, unless we are all powerful, all knowing, omnipresent, omnipotent beings, we cannot know that He does not work outside of the laws of physics.

Because in some out of the way corner of the universe, while nobody was looking, He could have overrode a few physical laws and made a planet or two out of nothing.

In the end, the most any one person can objectively say is ‘I am not aware of Him haveing worked outside of the laws of physics.’
