You have a good point re the diplomatic pouch, but it’s possible that the ‘owner’ didn’t trust that channel with such a large amount. Somehow, I have a feeling that the Yakuza might be involved in this.....
Yea, that’s been part of my prior questions on a previous thread. $100+ billion? If the two guys split them, they’d each be in Warren Buffet’s class of wealth overnight. If these were real, the sender must have had something on those men - their families, etc.
If these turn out to be legit, the story becomes far more interesting than if this is simple counterfeiting and/or fraud.
