Tehran's Re-election Fixers Script a "Landslide" for Hate

THAT Iran's president, Mahmoud Ah madinejad, would win re-election was never in doubt. But the scale of the victory arranged for him has surprised even some of his friends.

Whoever scripted the results made sure that Ahmadinejad won more votes than anyone in the 103-year history of elections in Iran. With almost 63 percent of the votes, Ahmadinejad is credited with twice as many votes as his closest rival, former Prime Minister Mir Hossein Mousavi. The turnout was also the highest ever -- put at 85 percent. The president won in every social category and age group and in every one of Iran's 30 provinces. It was even arranged that Ahmadinejad's three rivals, all veterans of the Khomeinist revolution, were roundly defeated in their respective hometowns.

Not surprising, the scale of the victory has raised many eyebrows, even among the regime's apologists.

Mousavi, the best known of the three defeated candidates, has called the election "a dangerous spectacle." Mahdi Karroubi, the only mullah among the four candidates, has threatened unspecified action against "this charade." The third defeated candidate, Mohsen Rezaei, a former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has described the results as "contrary to all reasonable expectations."

The defeated candidates' protestations are unlikely to carry much weight. All three are regime insiders, having occupied key positions within the system for decades. They agreed to enter an electoral process of which every aspect is fixed. To start with, only candidates approved by the Council of the Guardians, a 12-mullah "star chamber," are allowed to run.

“The Obama administration is determined to press on with efforts to engage the Iranian government,” The New York Times cited senior officials as having said Saturday, “despite misgivings about irregularities in the re-election of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.”
And therin lay the reason for poor coverage on CNN. Ignore it because the riots don’t fit in with zeros plans. Had a peaceful turnover occured they would be all over it. The prospect of thousands dead at the hand of an illegitimate ruler,the same ruler zeros trying to be buddy buddy with was not on the agenda.

One thing that we are overlooking is that Ahmadinejad has pretty close ties to Obama through Hugo Chavez. Ahmadinejad and Chavez are close and Ahmadinejad has supported Chavez in a host of ways; Chavez is probably Obama’s favorite among foreign leaders and his work in destabilizing Latin America is something Obama values very highly.

So Obama is in a difficult situation here. Ahmadinejad is essentially a personal ally of his through Chavez and that was one of the reasons Obama has gone out of his way to suck up to Iran (meaning Ahmadinejad). So what’s a budding dictator to do now?

Yeah, it looks like ostammer dispatched some of his ACORN workers to Iran for the election. Ostammer should be getting or may already have received avery generous campaign contribution from Mahmoud.

I’m sure the Venezuelans are being “protected” from this upsetting news!

I suppose that in reality any Iranian leader would simply continue Admadinejad’s general policies with respect to VZ and Latin America (using it to attack the US, essentially). But Ahmadinejad and Chavez seemed to have a personal relationship, two nutcases whose eyes met across the room, that makes Ahmadinejad particularly important in VZ. And therefore, important to Obama.

How many tens of thousands of people marching in protest does it take for CNN to acknowledge that it's happening?

CNN will notice and report on the following:

One Republican trashing another Republican

Five Gay Men Protesting anything

Six Members of NOW complaining about any conservative

Eight Blacks angry with cops

Thirty Union Members picketing a company

Here's the groups that "don't make the CNN cut":

1,000 democrats criticizing one corrupt democrat

400,000 tea party protesters

A million Iranians bravely standing up to their oppressors.

All 4 of the candidates were carefully approved for the ballot by the mullahs. They run the show, and I don’t see that it matters which one wins the election. They’re just puppets with the mullahs pulling the strings.

Correct, no matter which one won, little pun there, they all would still want to nuke Israel. Mousavi has already said that. The REAL reason CNN wasn't covering this wasn't because Bozo wanted Imanutjob to win, it is because Bozo made his little statement on Friday as if he had somehow changed the world and caused "meaningful debate" in Iran and he thought Mousavi was going to win and he could pat himself on the back and claim he saved Iran.

Didn't work out that way, plus CNN doesn't want to show the violence that the Muslim leaders are using to control the "protesters"(rioters),it would spoil the image of the ROP.

If it doesn't show the left and the Muslims in a good light(especially Bozo)CNN doesn't want to mention it. They are covering it now simply because they now have no other choice but in reality they are not covering the riots so much as they are Imanutjobs "victory" gathering.
