You want the death penalty for killing cats? You can’t be serious. Castration? I love animals as much as the next guy, but you people are talking some crazy stuff here. The kid killed some cats. That is a disgusting and mean thing to do, but I think prison would be an appropriate punishment.

I'm with you. I think 2 years is reasonable for killing a cat. I also think sentences should be consecutive and not concurrent. How many years does that total for this scum?

Consider the cost of $30,000 per year to keep this boy in jail. For 40 years that is over 1 million dollars. As despicable as he is, that is just ridiculous.
