As a matter of fact, I am in favor of term limits for members of Congress and quite frankly I don't think Supreme Court justices should serve past 80 years old..I agree with that statement, especially the last part. Some of the justices say they "grow" as the age, but I think they get senile.

Exactly, I mean people need to think about their parents/grandparents who are in their mid 80s or 90s. Of course we love them, but we would not want them at that age in charge of interpreting the constitution for posterity. Then they need to think about the fact that Justice Stevens is 90 years old. Does anyone really think that he's immune to the same ravages of age that is taking our parents/grandparents?
