A demonstrator climbs the Freedom Tower, as hundreds of thousands of supporters of leading opposition presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi, who claims there was voting fraud in Friday's presidential election, turn out to protest the result of the election at a mass rally in Azadi (Freedom) square in Tehran, Iran, Monday, June 15, 2009. "But in the US most people just shrug their shoulders and hardly care."
Take a look at this photograph. With absentee voting available, it makes Americans, who claim that they didn't have time to vote, sound pathetic. But, as one FReeper told me, it's "hard to work up enthusiasm when you know it doesnt matter."

Invented might be better. The results, other than being odd, came out extremely early — much earlier than other elections.
