Kings doesn’t tell us, but it doesn’t matter. The consistent measurements, we are told, give us a ratio of 3. One can’t escape that. The bible is wrong on the value of pi.
The Bible is about 95.5% accurate on the value of pi. Not at all a problem if you take God at his word that HE teaches using parable. In the words of one of the worlds great thinkers, the meaning of the Bible is to “tell you how to go to Heaven, not how the heavens go”.
So, you conclude that something is wrong based on a nebulous interpretation and furthermore say it doesn't matter? Hmmm...
