Some used to interpret the Bible saying ‘the foundations of the Earth are set and do not move’ to mean that the Earth doesn’t move. Once one has accepted this interpretation, what mechanism would there be to correct this erroneous interpretation?
God claims inerrancy in His Word, Jesus claims inerrancy in the Word of God, the Word of God claims inerrancy in what it says — and you’ve seen the statement from Christian Evangelical leaders and scholars who have stated the same...
