Carter never had any tears for the Innocent Israelis slaughtered by the muslim throwbacks he has come to love so dearly.
I swear - something in his head slipped a cog when the muslims showed the world what an incompetent, bumbling ass he was as president. He ends up becoming the defender of his abusers and tormentors.
It’s similar to what we see happening with leftists, elitists and the media in America since 9/11.
These people have become the defenders and promoters of the muslims and the Islamic culture responsible for the attack and slaughter of 3,000 innocents on our own soil.

I agree. Clinton should have slapped him down back then, but he backed off. That stunt in Korea was actionable IMO. He ran off to North Korea to resolve the nuclear problem, when Clinton was just ratcheting up the military option.

You got that right, and we now have Carter 2 without the religion. I use to think (years ago) that he stunk as a president, but was a decent man...Boy was I wrong..

Generally, I hate that alternative history novelist Harry Turtledove. His prose are awful. His plots are ponderous and overcrowded, and his characters are stilted. But it was worth going through all of his books in the Settling Accounts series just to see Jimmah killed by negro partisan fighters while he was still just a young man.
I have only a very thin recollection of the Settling Accounts series. I did not read them.
I guess reading what you mentioned could be cathartic. ;-)
Oh, not much there. The South loses WW I, and an embittered artillery sergeant becomes absolute dictator during the Depression, invades the North and sends blacks to the gas chambers. A group of black partisans join forces with some escaped Northern aviators and raise hell in the country side. During one raid on Plains, GA, they gun down a freckle-faced youth named Jimmah! Other than that, it wasn’t worth reading.
