A spokesman for the Olive Garden disputed a report from Politicothat the restaurant chain pulled its advertising from the David Letterman show due to jokes about Sarah Palins daughter.
Information reported today by Andy Barr of Politico regarding Olive Gardens advertising on the Late Show with David Letterman was erroneous. No authorized spokesperson for the company confirmed the information in his report, said Olive Garden spokesman Rich Jeffers in an email to The Vote.
The Olive Garden media schedule is planned months in advance. The schedule for the Late Show with David Letterman was completed earlier this month. We take all guest concerns seriously. And, as always, we will factor those concerns in as we plan our advertising schedule in the future, he continued.

There ARE perfect solutions. Less Government=More Jobs. Get the government out of the the way of private business owners. I fired an employee because of Obama's promises to raise taxes. Start your own business. You'll understand.
Palin will be an awesome President. I look forward to it.
And you shall bob indefinately in the rolling seas passing up on Sarah's 'little boat'- awaiting that big vessle to rescue you. You wish to be 'swept' away by a movement, well, you'll see one. I give it less than two years.
It'll be a big fine boat whose captain you may recognize but whose crew will be glad to have you aboard nonetheless.
In these next two years, Obama will have tenticles reaching further into our lives than any socialist before him. It will take a surgeon with a meat clever to undue his mess. That surgeon will need a lot of support but will be guided by principles we can call our own: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Sarah may be a work-in-progress but holds to certain truths such, that I can trust her judgment. There's a little Downs baby that will live his life the best he can, thanks to Sarah. She called that one right.
Remember, the Left hates her for a reason. It's the reason I like her.
The left hates her for a reason.

Any great society would have no trouble finding homes and families for these children. A greater society would help these 'families' value the gift of life and help 'parents' cope with the responsibility of raising a child. It certainly wouldn't go about teaching them to discard a child.
Liberty comes after Life. We can't change this relationship. Sarah made a choice to give life to a challenged baby- was she right? One can't get to questions of Liberty 'till those regarding Life have been made in the affirmative.
We can't truly enjoy Liberty until we give Life it's due.
