Thats one way and appreciate your post. But since NK has one of the largest standing armies in the world it seems they could just take Seoul with a conventional attack if they really wanted to. Its not like they worry about things like casualties.

The South Koreans would stop them before Seoul. And the artillery threat to Seoul is somewhat overrated.
