Twitter offers its users a degree of real-time interactivity and involvement, a sense of personal power and responsibility no newspaper or TV newscast can hope to match. Dinosaur media seems to suffer from the news consumer's lack of trust. The "intimacy" you experience from sources such a twitter seems to spring from trust in the source.

If you have Twitter, go to your account page and change your time/location to GMT + 3:30 Tehran. The Iranian police are hunting for and shutting down Iranian Twitter profiles and this will create a logjam for them, making it harder to sift out the real Iranians.

I don't think so.Twitter is a bunch of people posting one liners.I have been following Twitter with this Iran thing and the best part are the you tube links.
