DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Synagro investigation involving Detroit City Councilwoman Monica Conyers may be starting to cause trouble for Conyers' husband, John, who heads the House Judiciary Committee in Washington.
A government watchdog group says it is "ironic and unseemly" that Rep. Conyers is leading impeachment action on the House floor against a federal judge while his wife is under federal investigation in connection with bribes allegedly paid to her for a $1.2 billion sewage sludge contract.
Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, says Conyers shouldn't have oversight over the Justice Department, which reportedly is engaged in plea bargaining with his wife.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave her "full support" to Conyers on Thursday.
And Nazi (Mussolini) Pelosi gives him her “full support”.
Of course she does, Red Queen and Red Jack.
Detroit news:
House Speaker Nanzi Pelosi gave her “full support” to Conyers on Thursday.
She should know that the Jews are going to ‘get her’ just as they did Cynthia (hog-face) McKinney.
Or is that a given, where J.W. is concerned now?
Absolutely right! After all, it’s only his wife that is having problems - he is clean as the driven snow... Well as clean as any other politician in Washington - okay, maybe dirty snow.
A racist pig like Conyers is not going to be indicted for anything ... the Democraps won the election don’tchaknow. every Republican guilty of degenerate behavior (and yes, stealing from the public trough is degenerate behavior) is run out of office, but because democrat voters have no moral foundations, their elected reps are not held to any moral standards.
Corruption in Detroit?
Say it isn’t so, Westlander!
BTW, I’m an Eastsider.
Could somebody please tell the investigators that Mr. and Mrs. Conyers are entitled to the graft and bribery.

Has Judicial Watch ever done anything of value?
It seems to me that all they are good for is releasing press releases that they are filing suit and that they need financial support.
Just getting their reparations a bit earlier than others.
I was about to say the same thing.
What goes around comes around.
