Arabic does not have the "P" sound. In Arabic even Palestine is pronounced "Balestine". The "P" sound exists in Persian and Urdu but not in Arabic

I don't know any Arabic, but I thought that the "P" in "Palestine" was pronounced as an "F."

Of course calling something "Fefsi" is a bit silly.

Yeah. Some Arabs pronounce is “Falestini” and some “Balestini”

They both about sound the same. As many people will tell you, Spanish speakers do about the same thing with “B” and “V”.
