The Chief of Police is a liar then. ABQ and NM is a great place to live but the crime SUX.
I was only in ABQ once, a while ago...got stuck in a freak snow storm on a cross country motorcycle trip and was NOT ready for it...I think it was May...waited out the storm all day in a local diner downtown...real nice folks...I thiught it would probably be a good place to live...that was a long time ago, though and I guess it’s like alot of our cities, getting taken over by thugs...
It is a great place to live but for the crime. Also, it isn’t motorcycle friendly which is not good because I ride too. There are too many crazy drivers. It seems weird to say but it is the truth. I am not the only one who thinks that way.
it is the crime and nobody seems to understand what to do about here.
I used to live in Boise and this would never happen there. Cops shoot to kill there :-)
