Chicago (AP) --
A white supremacist blogger was arrested at his New Jersey home Wednesday and charged with threatening to assault or murder three Chicago-based judges who refused to overturn local ordinances banning handguns.
Hal Turner, 47, a former Internet radio talk show host, was taken into custody by FBI agents who went to his North Bergen home with a search warrant, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
Prosecutors quoted a Turner Internet posting as saying: "Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed."

How did they arrest him at home when he was extradicted to CT for threatening CT Representatives?
Strange, but I thought I heard many, many Liberals saying Bush should be killed.
Must be a different standard according to the party of the recommended victim.

Hal Turner aligns himself with the Neo Nazi circles. They are the National Socialists.
He has been asking for it for years.
I suggest emailing those pictures to the man who was just “Obama’ed”.
ANy jury seeing those pictures should find that man “not guilty”.
Strange, strange - where did the America I grew up in go?
...He has been asking for it for years...
Well, he has got it now!
He didn't say: "Kill these judges" and he didn't say "I'm going to kill these judges".
I suspect, vile though he may be, that he can beat this charge...after 5 appeals, 15 years and the loss of everything he has.
Since when is stating that individuals deserve to be killed considered a threat to do so?
as disgusting as those pictures are, they are not the same thing as wanting federal judges to be killed. Hal Turner crossed the line.
jurors hate nazi’s and white supremists. Bring that up and you almost always get a conviction for anything they are accused of. At least around here....
