Anxiety could look like an attack, there have also been rumors of drug use that are always good for a heart attack.
He's also 50-ish and we don't know what his life is like and whether that hurt him.
I hope he is OK and it wasn't a heart attack.
Every one of us her would always wish everyone (including Mr. Jackson) the best of health.

He is so unhealthy looking, thin and emaciated, he is probably anorexic.
A heart attack is not a surprising event.
