Alvarez then confirms that the Maria named in Argentina's leading newspapers lives in the building — but he won't say whether the governor visited her during his trip to Argentina last week.

AS I have said before -
I would rather he be screwing a willing female than us.
It sounds like he tried to prevent BO from forcing his state from having to accept BO’s terms and conditions for bale out and lost. I guess if I could no longer do my job and was prevented from doing what I was hired to do by the citizens of my state, I would take off and find a nice, soft, willing female to curl up with.
