No... just the highlights of the 300+ page amendment that was put into the system, sight unseen, this morning at 3:09 am.

What a crock. I am really tired of a government that doesn’t represent all of the people.

It will be interesting to see how much credit Obama takes for this.

It’s a lose-lose for the democrats.

I cannot wait until sheeple start asking why their power bill has just doubled in just a few short months.

Part of me wants to see the senate pass this... The vengeful part of me that is... The better part of me says hell no!

We shall see....

China has been warning, and warning, that they are not going to finance this crap. They mean it.

Those fools up there have chosen to whistle past the graveyard and ignore that.

They can pass anything they want up there, but without somebody financing it, it will ultimately mean nothing. Just like California can pass a bill to fund free ice cream for everyone with IOU's.

Good idea....bring some factual items with you and say them loud enough for others to hear.

Arizona is already on it... They just passed a bill that prohibits all environmental based legislation.

A bill which was designed I believe to provoke a court battle over states rights.

Is everyone aware that one of the provisions of the 300 page 3:00 am amendment was that California building codes will be now be imposed upon all states?

The reason I ask is that I thought congressmen were supposed to live in their respective districts.

They are, but that doesn't seem to matter to the voters in their districts.

Take Congressman Wexler D-Fla. He falsely claimed residence in his mother-in-law's home within his district but that home was in a senior community that did not allow children. Wexler had ensconced his wife and children somewhere in the D.C. area where he fraudulently filed for a homestead rebate on his real estate taxes. No problem. He was re-elected by the dumb voters in his district and no charges were ever filed for his fraudulent claim for real estate tax relief.

And, Democrats apparently learn from one another as Congressman Eliot Engel D-NY did almost the exact same thing. He really lives in VA with his wife and children and he too fraudulently filed for real estate tax relief on that VA home while he claims permanent residence in NY.

Is he worried abour re-election? Are you kidding?

Will he be prosecuted for his fraudulent claim? Puhleese!

Yes.

And your house appraisal will have to meet mandated green standards that appraisers themselves will have to learn.

The Sec’y of Energy can dictate where your electrical outlets will be.

The only thing I see is a story about Michael Jackson.

North Korea could fire a nuclear missile at Hawaii and the only story would be about the death about the King of Pedophilia.

McHugh. R NY was just nominated by Zero to be Secretary of the Army. So this is McHugh's pay off for the nomination. Do you think he cares about the effects of this bill on his already suffering home districtin northern NY? Hell no! He only cares about himself.

May he rot in hell!

Good. The only thing that will stop Herr Kenyan and his minions is the states.

Time for a filibuster.

If this monstrosity is signed into law, I'm going to stop paying taxes. This is the last straw.

So does anyone know the chances of it being stopped in the senate?
