Perhaps the only positive thing if this becomes law is Obama’s constituents will make up the majority of the people who can't afford this. You can go on all day about deficits and what our children will owe, and they couldn't care less.

I'm not so sure. Tax credits & rebates could be used to mollify selected constituencies. Many will NEVER get it - certainly not the Greenies - even as they freeze & starve.
