Then encourage them to call their Senators. Do their legwork for them. Supply them with the phone numbers. Some folks are lazy but they do understand paying their electric bil. After all, it could be 4 or 5 less cases of beer a month.
That was always our only chance. I am surprised it was this close in the house.
