And that my FRiend is why our Constitution is so brilliant. The (White) Founding Fathers foresaw our stupidity. All Hail to our Brilliant White Founding Fathers! ; )

..but that’s because these things aren’t nipped in the bud by the congress. Remember, the Civil Rights Act began in the congress.

BTW: Breyer, Ginsberg, Souter, and Stevens just abrogated any claim to their philosophical ideals with their dissent in this decision ...
