I have an escape with my parents still living in the U.S. Virgin Islands but if there were any other place that I would want to live it would be the Dominican Republic where the dollar has actually gone up in value. 6 months ago a dollar was worth 30 Dominican pesos. Now it’s worth 36 pesos.
