Everytime he opens his mouth, he just makes it worse.
Does he have some warped belief that if he keeps bringing this subject up (and gets slammed by everyone) that this is a form of self-flagellation or atonement for what he did?
He probably has no way of communicating with his “soul mate” and this is a way for him to do it. His wife needs to kick his butt to the curb right after she stuffs his mouth with his sock drawer.
