The fact that he was one of the staunchest opponents of Obama's stim packagage… and he's shown to be mentally unstable… How hard would it be for the left to paint these issues as being supported by the vast majority of Americans, that only "unstable" folks would turn down funds, in a time of need… with Sanford as the poster child…

One of many reasons he should be instantly jettisoned by Republicans at all levels. I’m appalled that the Republican leaders in the SC legislature didn’t make it clear to him several days ago that he had 24 hours to announce his resignation or they’d start impeachment proceedings and be completely ruthless with those proceedings.
