As unemployment goes up and Obama continues to walk with his nose up high, I suspect more methods will come to light.
It seems to me to be much simpler for him to have been born in Canada instead of Kenya.

The birth cetificate is an issue for me only because Barry is a politician has the least connection with the ordinary American of any I can think of. Even if he was born on Ohahu, he spent his childhood living in a foreign country with a mother who has few connections with the United States and married a foreigner. When he returned—without his mother— he was raised by his radical minded -grandparents on an island 2500 miles from the mainland in what remains, at least culturally, a quasi- colony. He went to school in New York City and law school at Harvard. He lived in Chicago and married an African-American girl, which is his major mainstream American connection. So far as I know, he has not traveled extensively in the United States, except when campaigning. He seems to me deracinated, and only loosely rooted in American society.
I believe he may not be a “natural born citizen.” He could end the speculation simply by producing the long form. Why he has not? It may be that the actions of his mother may have alienated him. If for, instance she obtained for him his own Indonesian passport, relying on her marriage to an Indonesian. A court may say that this was an error, that the passport was invalid, but that leaves Obama skating on thin ice. It also depends on his relationship with his step-father. Was he adopted etc?
