Gee, I wonder if he’s a dim or a rep?? Seeing as how the article didn’t mention his party, I’m assuming he’s a dim.
If he was a rep, it would be in the headline.
The ‘article’ is a DOJ press release. Doubt they would mention the political affiliation in any case ... they will leave that to local papers, wire services, etc.
