Job growth showed surprising strength in November, according to a government report that also showed the unemployment rate edging higher from a five-year low.
Employers added 132,000 jobs to payrolls in November, according to the Labor Department, up from a revised gain of 79,000 in October. Economists surveyed by Briefing.com had forecast a gain of 105,000 jobs.

Mostly temporary, seasonal or jobs based on a housing bubble economy. You could have picked something that had actual long term growth. Of course, that hasn't happened for quite some time.
I would agree, but we did maintain this approximate number for about 9 months. It had dipped as low as 4.4% before shooting back up.
Is this supposed to make America feel good eight months later?

My bad. Yup, remember the good ole days when the eeeeeeevil Republicans were in charge and were forcing businesses to make evil profits and knew how to run an economy?

Ah, the good old days, before the Democrats took over Congress and destroyed our economy, an action that Obama himself says will take him years to recover from.
Although whenever we had jobs less than 150,000, CNN would remind us that we needed at least 150,000 jobs to keep everybody employed, and so they would call it a “jobless recovery”.
The kid working at Best Buy told me we needed to give Obama more time; it took the Republicans eight years to get things this bad.
I asked him if massive spending and tax hikes would help or hurt the economy. He never answered, but just looked at me like I was crazy.
