My big fear is that he’s going to sell off National Sovereignty for cheap, as well.

I paint, so I tend to keep tabs on the (presently dismal) Ebay sales and traffic. I ran a search for Obama paintings this evening after noticing the Obama paintings displayed in a general auction category were not apparently receiving bids; none of the results from my search showed bids, and there was only one page of Obama paintings. I checked two of the paintings listed, and there were few “visits” registered on them. So you truly might suspect people are just not buying Obama as they might have in the past.
The Obama paintings I saw on Ebay tonight were mostly conventional sympathetic portraits, not nutty sexual fantasies or crude, child-like primitives either.
This is just an observation from one small corner of the world, one with a bit more hope on a Fourth of July.

My big fear is that hes going to sell off National Sovereignty for cheap, as well. Already done. Been going on since Nixon. Republicans are just a few steps behind the Dims in their eagerness to relieve America of its burdensome sovereignty.

Sheryl Crow was wearing a Obama 08 button during her performance at the Philadelphia Independence Day celebration. I switched to CBS covering the one in Boston and never went back.
Boston did a nice job, very patriotic and respectful.

The obuma booth at the local flea market has more spiders spinning webs on the merchandise than people looking to buy. The long-faced obuma barker has thrown his election smile on the dirt floor and taken to sneering at people passing by his tables of obuma schlock, saying “no we won’t (buy).” The so-called president has become the cheap velvet Elvis painting of 2009. The church doors to worship at the obuma altar may be open, but there’s no money in the collection plate. The kids were more interested in buying snappers and sparklers.
RIP, obuma junk merchandise. Born Nov. 4, 2008. Died, July 4, 2009.
