They did not inherit the banking debacle... they created it... they did not inherit gm and chrysler... their pro union laws covering decades did... they did not inherit the wall street bailout... they insisted on it... they did not inherit the health scare scam... they created it... they did not inherit globull warming... it does not exist... except as a scam and a leftist created money pit. The Republicans had the House, Senate and White House during most of those 8 years, and they blew it.

Well, sort of. I think the problem is that most of them are as much statists as the dems. They just want to feed us the ever growing government with a sippy cup while the dems want to pour it down our throats with a gigantic beer stein. They do all they can to marginalize people like Jim DeMint and Tom Coburn while they pat themselves on the back for "reaching across the aisle," something I do NOT want them doing.

They no longer believe that their power derives from the people. They believe they are the power and the people must be told what to do and forced if they won't go along with it.

Remember zero has had about a year now to raise money and raised almost a billion bucks during his campaign and now has the entire U.S. Treasury at his disposal and he will and already has used every dime he can to buy votes with!! How the hell is any candidate on our side supposed to counter that kind of fund raising. It is a mammoth job!

Important point! We can't compete with the massive war chest Democrats are able to amass. NO MORE MATCHING FUNDS!

Another thought - there is a LOT of virulent anger out there. If it's not channeled positively, it will manifest itself in negative ways. Anger can be a force for ill or a force for good. Sarah might be able to help funnel that anger toward positive action.

I think we have to be careful not to expect that Sarah is going to ride in on her white horse (or white snowmobile), clean up D.C. and guarantee GOP victories for the next decade. She can certainly provide leadership, but she can't do it all alone and, although I have great faith in her courage and fortitude, I'm not expecting her to be a miracle worker. She'll need lots of help.

They love duo finally break up and we all head to the beach for the fireworks. Some of us walk, some drive. It was about a mile away and here I am a heart patient but me and Kaitlyn we walked it.

So I tell my niece about that love fest in her living room. My niece said she saw it but if we wouldn’t complain about a man and a woman doing it then we shouldn’t complain about this love couple doing it.

First, if a male and female had been right in the middle of all the action doing this sort of thing I’d have been just as perplexed. It didn’t seem like appropriate behavior given the activities of the party. Had this been, say, an evening of smoking dope and listening to music...maybe. But a 4th of July BBQ with kids and old people like myself?

I told my niece that whole thing was a show to shock us, to DARE us to say something, yes it was. I told my niece that frankly it wasn’t such a big deal to me but that I really didn’t want 5 yr old Kaitlyn exposed to this. Kaitlyn, already adoring this Mary person....sheesh. But I was upbeat about it, not mad really. Just launching into a rather timid political spiel, in reality.

so at the beach we all grab a spot of sand and sit down. Kaitlyn goes with my niece over to the water’s edge to watch my niece throw stuff in the water for niece’s Retriever. I am sitting with my nephew and Mary and Jane.

soon, again not making this up, Mary and Jane begin a makeout session and now they are laying down on the sand. I try not to look but there was a crowd of fireworks-watchers all around and plenty saw it. People were pointing fingers, “look at that”, at this pair of females so in love that they cannot keep their hands off of each other and have to act like real assholes as there is simply no other word.

Kaitlyn did not, fortunately, see any of this as they were busy at water’s edge playing with the dog. And again, I wasn’t all that outraged in terms of my sensibilities. The whole thing made them look stupid as shit. At one point I saw one female with her hand down the shorts of the other and at this point I turned completely around as enough, ladies and gems, was enough.

I then told my other niece, who came to pick us up, about her son and his “friends” (why the hell is he hanging around a pair of lesbians anyway...just askin’?) and their performance on the beach.

My niece evidently, even though I asked her not to and explained I was less outraged as puzzled as to why people would do this in such a public setting, immediately went in and told her son as he was quite obviously cold to me upon my departure, outright refusing to give me a goodbye hug.

So I’m in trouble again, folks. But I got a plan. It’s about my Blog as Mary really thinks she’s going to be featured as a happening music act but that’s not going to happen. What WILL happen might surprise her but dammit I am going to take a stand.

A few questions... did you agree with Rove when he implemented the “new tone” and the orders to “never attack back when attacked” operations plan? How about amnesty... yep that was his? How about the expansion of medicare and the drug benefits for seniors and other welfare dregs? How did you like his stratagem for the 2004 elections? How did you like it when he bailed on Bush due to Fitzy breathing down his neck?

It is an old politican trick. If you keep the sheeple busy point fingers at the opposition, you can slip through things without their notice.

[Ever notice how 'friendly' the pols are to each other, even of the so-called opposition? Behind closed doors, they are more buddy-buddy than opposition. Notice that, when the Dems are in charge, the Pubbies still get a share of the pork; when the Pubbies were in control; the Dems got a share of the pork. One hand washes the other.]

It is more difficult to push through those secret pork bills now, since the Internet make the raw information available.

When Mary was singing I’d taped it and asked her if I could put it on my Blog. She was excited and asked if I could upload it to Youtube and send her the link so she could put it on HER Blog.

I got her email addy and told her I would certainly put it on Youtube and would write a little blurb about her singing. She was a very, very good singer if a genre not my fave.

But I’m NOT going to upload her video anywhere. I AM going to post a Blog post about Mary’s despicable behavior this past July 4 because you know why folks?

THEY DO THIS TO INTIMIDATE US! They dare us to complain and if we do then we must be homophobes.

I am NOT going to use their names but I’m going to, publicly, tell what happened, how it happened, express how this is the new plan to politically correct us to complete paralysis and frankly I shudder to think what might have been in the plan for my innocent granddaughter.

They will do this sort of thing, folks, UNLESS we take a stand.

It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I plan to send her a link to this Blog post, with a little note that it’s not QUITE a video of her singing that I’m putting on my Blog.

They wanted to shock and it succeeded. They have no shame. All you have to do is observe them when they have one of the gay pride parades. Every form of deviancy on public display. The more outrageous the better they like it. My word of it is “sick”
