In a breathless, rambling, manic and, let’s be honest here, downright nutty address outside her Wasilla home, the self-described “pit bull with lipstick” shocked and amused the political world by announcing she’s quitting, mid-term, as Alaska’s governor. Why?

It’s amazing how much attention is paid to Sarah Palin, in such an “out of the way place” (LOL...) like Alaska. You would think that it would be way too far out of the way for those in Boston to pay attention to it.
The fact that they are paying so much attention to someone in Alaska must mean something... :-)

CAT FIGHT! LOL What a stupidly lame piece of writing. Sarah can do anything she wants right now, and I am sure she is getting top advice for being active in the 2010 election. She’ll be able to speak, pay off all those court costs, and rally the base to vote. I bet we have the biggest turn out for a non-presidential election in history. So while our Resident bows to Moscow, Sarah has everyone think about what she is doing. What is the ratings race between Sarah and the Resident? I betcha she wins that race!

When you’re telling lies in the very first sentence of the article there’s no need to pay any attention to rest of what they have to say. Palin never said she was a “pit bull with lipstick”. She was simply telling a joke “whats the difference between a pit bull and a hockey home?...lipstick.”
i remember reading a note from someone who was around for the reagan/carter election. he said during the repub primary everyone laughed at reagan, belittled him, made derogatory assumptions about him and just in general tried to make him out as a nobody with no chance. this writer said that that was what made him 100% certain mr. reagan would not only win the primary but eventually be the next president. i see this same thing with sarah palin. they are trying so hard to destroy her, belittle her, and make her into a joke that it is obvious that they are absolutely terrified of the woman. if she runs against oblabo and his big government huge debt policies, the average american who lives with a budget and makes hard choices will be stacked up to vote for her. oblabo fails to pay mortgages, provide gas for cars, causes poor people to pay more for gas, cigs, energy and food and those folks wont bother going to vote for him.
I’m glad Sarah announced Friday afternoon.
Most folks had a chance to watch the raw video, before hearing the twisted version from the State media.
