• May 15,2008: Presentation by Inspector General to Corporation Board MAG Committee. The written version of what Walpin and his staff shared with board members at the May 15, 2008 meeting.
• June 17, 2008: E-mail from Trinity to agency employees regarding his conversation with Walpin about the mock newsletter that included racial and sexually-themed jokes. "I told him that, under our policy, it was up to him to review and take appropriate action," Trinity wrote of Walpin.
