There’s no doubt that this guy had run afoul of the myriad and somewhat arcane regulations and permit requirements and paid a rather hefty penalty for it, but as I posted earlier he could have disposed of the waste by simply neutralizing the acids with baking soda had he got the proper permits.
Getting shot in the neck and butt by the EPA seems a bit harsher than any of the cleaners he may have flushed down a drain

That's a pickling solution, not a cleaner for finished trucks. It's used to remove metal and like the label says, it will disolve people. Don't pour it in the sewer. If you do, you should be jailed for a long time. People pay good money for their sewers and they don't appreciate dimwits that disolve them.
