The confusion is entirely understandable.
BUT...what the other posters are trying to tell you is this:
1. Obama meant to say “Cuatro de Mayo” in an attempt to note that the Cinco de Mayo festivities were being held on the 4th of May instead of the 5th of May.
2. Instead of saying what he meant (”Cuatro de Mayo”) he actually said “Cinco de Quatro.”
3. He wasn’t trying to say “Cinco de Mayo.”
