I doubt we could take the entire country offline. The systems attacking the web sites are mostly people’s home computers who got infected by clicking the links on the spam emails advertising winning lotteries, Viagra and questionable pr0n.

We need to take these fellows down a few pegs. We should launch a cyber attack that would resemble our Shock and Awe in Iraq. That or give them a good old fashioned ultimatum.
Give up our two reporters in 72 hours or a state of war will exist between our two states. Have Obama go to Congress and ask for an official declaration of war. Then blockade them, launch strikes at their nuclear plants, rocket launching bases, and mine their ports. If they want to attack South Korea, they can and add them to the war. Invade, take down the dictator and join the two koreas once and for all—OR Let the Chinese have North Korea—they could run it better than the sick cabal that is calling the shots now. We should have ended this in the 1950s. When you don’t solve a problem—it will just come back and bite you in the a**.
