Conservatives as a whole are FAR less racist than liberals are, who judge everyone solely by skin tone. People who express racist vitriol here are a minority, and whether or not they claim to be conservative, they do not represent conservatism in any way, shape or form.
The Democrat party is the party of racism - it's just that they disguise it very thinly to keep voting blocs from "leaving the plantation" as it were.

You got that right. When Thurgood Marshall was nominated for the Supreme Court back in 1967, over 90% of Republican Senators voted in favor of his nomination while only 58% of Democrat Senators voted in favor. Go figure.
