OK, list all of the attacks. These attacks must be coordinated attacks from outside the US, because there is no way that any intelligence gathering program of any kind can stop 1 person from launching a lone attack.
THe specific discussion here is “Attacks planned outside the US and executed inside the US.”
On point #2, I call BS. List the 10 people. Also, how do you know they have nothing to do with terrorism? Unless you are the one who hauled them off, you haven’t the faintest clue.
