LOL! Now tell me, if they strike wouldn’t that save California a lot of money since they wouldn’ be paid for the time not worked?

We had furloughs here in IL way back when. Minimum of three days for each employee. No big deal, some employees who were chronically absent volunteered for a lot more than the minimum!

So, what I’m wondering here is what the difference is in terms of your paycheck, between going on strike and furlough days? Call me dense but in either case you ain’t gonna get paid! Those furlough days are set in number, while that strike could be a lot longer. I’d go for the sure thing if it was me. But what do I know?
