I cannot believe the fear tactics in this article.It's right out of a government playbook and it's downright goofy.

I remember coming to this realization years ago, when I did a lot of work for the state of California throughout Sacramento. They were always whining about budget shortfalls and threatening to have to lay off the most visible and necessary people like cops and firefighters, while I would be seeing legions of paper shuffling bureaucrats, some taking naps at their desks.
