She made a tough decision to step down and write her book. She can now take the summer to write that book and make some speaking engagements to fill the leadership void that obviously exists. She can easily fill that role that is missing in the Conservative Movement. The NE Punditocracy has as much validity for predicting the future as your average sports pundit picking the Super Bowl winner 4 yrs from now.

So grades and leadership have absolutely no correlation.
After she writes her first screed then America will know exactly who Sarah Palin is and her wonderful story of a mom who just wanted to make a difference in her neighborhood. If American news media was unbiased, they would show video of Biden insulting Clarence Thomas at those horrible Judicial Committee hearings. Perhaps some video can be put on youtube to be viewed by voters too young to know how vicious that grilling really was. I was riveted to the tv, never having seen such nastiness from senators before that day of porn allegations against then Judge Thomas.
