Yes, but it still only captures the contents of the current screen. It does not capture anything off-screen. If you have a browser open to a web page that requires scrolling to view the rest of the content, cmd+shift+3 and +4 won’t do you any good.

The Screengrab extension takes a picture of the entire web page, full height.
