The bombshell is apparently that the member of the lamestream media who “reported” on the FR thread where people with new accounts posted racist comments about Obama’s daughter (read: liberal plants) had a major hand in creating the event he was “reporting” on.

In other words, the whole thing is staged. FR is being Alinskied.

Several other MSM reporters were tweeting on this yesterday and I ain’t just talking Shuster. These tweets were done almost at the exact same time. Heck, they probably all post at Kos.

I imagine that Jim Robinson has the IP address(es) of new posters who made racist remarks about Obama's children. If an address can be traced back to Parry - or some other person or persons working with Parry - than Freerepublic.com has an actionable claim against Parry (and the Vancouver paper) for publishing that he was shocked - just shocked - to find racist remarks on FR. It's a excellent defamation claim too; it meets the tough "actual malice" standard, as Parry knew his story was substantially false, as it was a hoax he helped orchestrate.

That's what I was wondering as I had never read the original thread where all this racial bashing of Obama's children were and am just catching up on this.

So that actually happened? Newbies were the ones who made the comments? The newbies were "left wing infiltrators"? Was this Chris Parry one of them? Looks like he could have been one of them or worked with them to do this, then take the opportunity to put it in a paper to try to draw attention to how alledgedly racist conservatives are. I mean really, I doubt he spends much of his waking moments scouring FR for dirt. He had to know in advance this was going to happen.

On another forum I read, one of their liberals posted a thread about this very thing and, of course, the libs there are up in arms. Would be nice to take back some facts to expose to them - that this was a planned hit to damage Free Republic.
