Press the button next to F12 and paste it into Paint and save it.

If you use Firefox, install the Screengrab extension. It will automatically take a screen capture of the entire page and save it.

If you don't use Firefox, why not? ("I use Safari/Opera/Chrome" is an acceptable answer. "I use Internet Explorer" is not.)

All I do is hold my cursor over the time in the bottom right hand corner so the current date is displayed. Quickly, before the date goes away, hit the “Print Screen” button. That creates a full picture of the screen and puts it on the clipboard as a graphic.

Open a Word doc, and hit Ctrl+V to paste the screen shot in the document. Save it for posterity.

It’s easy. Bring up the webpage. On your keyboard hit the prt scr key. Go to accessories, paint and open up paint. Go to edit on the tool bar and hit paste. Save it. That’s it.
