I would imagine he is in the last stage or has been dead for a while now. We speculated on this last year. He had disappeared...and everyone then thought he was dead.
Yeah. But pancreatic cancer in the tail:
A. Takes longer to kill and
B. Causes way more pain....

Well considering he was threatening everyone with nukes a short while ago it hard to feel too sad.
Cancer is not something I go around wishing on people but perhaps in this case it is a blessing that will prevent the deaths of millions.
