Kind of a weird case. All kinds of suveillance equipment on the property. The hit was carried out with "military precision". The perps did not know the victims. Robbery does not seem like a motive.
Did he have some enemies?

"military precision" can only mean it was an assassination of some sort. What do we have here? Gang members? Soldiers?

it says stealing was a motive. they saw “rich” people. “Rich” people always have jewels and stacks of money around according to poor people, so they kill them and then dang, no stacks of gold, no piles of diamonds....just a bunch of groceries, kids movies...and a cleaned out swimming pool...paid up utilities...cars with insurance policies...house with a million dollar or five million dollar umbrella, yard with cut grass and trees trimmed by the tree surgeon..oh...that’s what “rich” people buy....hmmmmmmmmmmmm can’t steal that
