Funny he should attack me when the entire thrread is filled with anti-RINO Graham posts, though.
Any way you look at it what I said about Graham was true and the moron attacked me for it. Perhaps someone's a closet Graham supporter, I don't know.
The left has the power, even when they are not in the majority. our so called leaders just seem to cave to the left and gives the impression they are in power.
I would love to see a shack up. Getting McCain, Graham, Hatch, Alexander, just as a start. I know they have more conservative candidates that would do a better job in their respective states.
Time to tell the state and national GOP to give us better folks.
These guys claim to be conservative but they sure think liberal on a lot of issues and sadly vote that way as well.
If we don't gain one of the houses in 2010, it should be time to hit the reset button. Because the current formula doesn't seem to be working.

Graham is symptomatic of what’s wrong. It’s not Dems vs. GOP, it’s elites vs. the rest of us. They rely on us, for now to retain legitimacy in governming, but as the leftist authoritarians of the democratic party solidify their control nnot only of the elected braches of government, but the courts and perhaps more importantly, the bureaucracy, their grip will choke the economy and the individual freedoms we have left. That’s one reason why the obamacare battle is a can’t lose for us and we must make it so.

Lindsay Graham is a Democrat like his pals McCain, Crist and Mel Martinez. He and crist have something else in common too.

I have been saying all along: Sotomayor is a given; she already has the necessary votes....the hearings are all show.

Why I can never support the GOP. They allow good men like Bork to get smeared, and they roll over and play dead for racists like Sotomayor. The GOP is simply the most disgusting organization.
It seems I have to issue a correction. In #40 I said he was re-elected in 2006. I was wrong. He was re-elected in 2008.
So, his next election will be 2014, unless Obama replaces Biden with him in 2012.
You are correct. The elite political class controls both parties. The GOP is allowed to exist only to provide the illusion of choice. Our political system and the government it produces are no longer legitimate Constitutional institutions. Politics will not solve this problem because our illegitimae political system has rigged the outcome. Voting for the lesser of two evils guarantees that you will always have evil in control.
